Group Visits

Organized group visits (general public as well as educational groups) to the Holocaust History Museum need to coordinate their visit in advance. Guided tours may be ordered for a fee.

Reservation process
All groups wishing to reserve a visit to the site must complete a Group Visit Reservations Form and send it by fax to the Reservations Center at Yad Vashem, no later than two weeks before the planned date of visit. Reservation of the visit is based on available space in the Museum and a group confirmation letter will be sent by return within a week of processing the reservation.
The group confirmation letter must be presented on the day of the visit at the groups desk in the Visitors' Center.
