The third
regulation to the Citizenship Law, passed in Nuremberg, defined a
Jewish business or enterprise. From then on, if an owner or partner
in a business was defined as a Jew, the company was considered
Jewish and had to be registered as such. This regulation paved the
way for compulsory Aryanization. From then on the prior
discrimination of the Jews in the economy, advanced to the
banishment of Jews from economic life under the provisions of the
Four-Year Plan. |
