The ghetto
in Lublin was established in late March 1941 and more than 34,000
Jews were gathered there. Approximately 10000 Jews were evicted from
the city as part of ghettoization. From April 24 on, Jews were not
allowed to leave the ghetto, except for members of labor groups and
holders of special permits. |
