Russian President Vladmir Putin (right) visited the new Holocaust History Museum in April, including the Museum of Holocaust Art (pictured), accompanied by President Moshe Katsav.


Accompanied by Chairman of the Directorate Avner Shalev and wife of President Moshe Katsav, Mrs. Gila Katsav, US First Lady Laura Bush looks at the original Auschwitz Album, displayed in the new Museum, during her visit to Yad Vashem in May.


Prime Minister of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogam and his wife toured the new Museum in May (pictured in the Hall of Names).


China’s Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing visited the new Museum during his visit to Yad Vashem in June.


German Minister of Justice Brigitte Zypries (left) toured the new Museum in May, accompanied by Executive Assistant to the Chairman of Yad Vashem Irena Steinfeldt.
