(March 8, 2007 - Jerusalem) On Monday, March 12, 2007, some 10
Sudanese refugees who arrived in Israel due to the crisis in
Darfur, will visit Yad Vashem at 10:15. The visit was
initiated by the Committee for the Advancement of Refugees
from Darfur, which works to assist the Sudanese refugees who
have arrived in Israel.
Their visit to Yad Vashem, will include a tour of the
Holocaust History Museum, guided by Dr. Robert Rozett,
Director of the Yad Vashem Libraries, as well as a visit to
the Children’s Memorial.
