International Postcard Competition
The International School for Holocaust Studies at Yad Vashem, The Neri Bloomfield Wizo Academy of Design and Education, the University of Brighton and the University of Manchester in the
United Kingdom, and the University of Kattowitz in Poland are working
together on a new Holocaust-related educational initiative. In late January 2008, advanced graphic design students will exhibit a
series of postcards (12 x 18 cm) focusing on Holocaust remembrance. The
postcards will provide a basis for age-appropriate activities, developed
by Yad Vashem staff, that can be implemented in both formal as well as
informal educational settings.
