Moshe Peltz This Page of Testimony is for Moshe Peltz. Moshe was born in 1888 in Radomysl Wielki, Galicia, Poland. He was a physician. Moshe and his wife Paulina (nee Warman) had two children: Johanan and Jurek. During WWII, Moshe served as the head of the Judenrat (Jewish Council) in the ghetto in Kielce, Poland. Moshe was killed in the Auschwitz concentration camp in 1941. Paulina Peltz was killed in the Treblinka death camp and Jurek Peltz died of starvation. Johanan Peltz submitted this Page of Testimony, in memory of his father Moshe, in 2001. |
