In 1944, although the Allied victory seemed imminent, the Nazis gathered their remaining resources to locate, deport and murder Jews.These sketches, drawings and paintings, taken from Yad Vashem's Art Museum Collection, are an attempt to illustrate and to document those horrific events and the suffering of the victims.
