Visitor Services The Yad Vashem Visitors Center offers individual and group visitors a range of services, to enhance visits to the site. Tel: 02 644-3749, Fax: 02 644-3683 E-mail: tourism@yadvashem.org.il
Information Desks Information desks are located in the Visitors Center, in the Archives and in the Valley of the Communities. Information officers at the booths provide information regarding options available to the visitor, events taking place at Yad Vashem, tour routes and public regulations at the site. Tel: 02 644-3565 Opening Hours: Sunday-Wednesday: 9am-5pm Friday and Holiday Eves: 9am-2pm Yad Vashem is closed on Saturdays and Israel’s public holidays

Cafeteria at Yad Vashem: Yad Vashem has a kosher
meat cafeteria which
offers hot meals as well as a coffee shop. The cafeteria is located in the lower
level of the Visitors Center. For visitors exiting the new museum, a branch of
the cafeteria is located in the Square of Hope. |

Book and Resource Center Visitors are invited to visit the book and souvenir store located next to the Visitors Center. The store contains Yad Vashem articles and publications, books on the Holocaust published in Israel and around the world, Judaica and souvenirs. Tel: 02 643-3392 |
